These Website Terms of Use govern access to chovade.com and its public pages. By using the website, you agree to these terms. The private client portal is also governed by the separate Client Portal Terms.
2. Portfolio and website content
The website, its design, text, graphics, motion work, still images, video, audio, logos, and other content are owned by Chovadé or used with permission, unless stated otherwise. All rights are reserved.
You may view the public website for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not copy, download, reproduce, modify, publish, sell, train a model on, redistribute, publicly display, or commercially use website content without prior written permission from the applicable rights holder.
3. No project relationship from browsing
Viewing the website, sending an inquiry, or discussing a possible project does not by itself create a client relationship, confidentiality obligation, exclusivity commitment, or duty to begin work. Project obligations arise only from a written agreement, approved estimate, statement of work, or other clear written authorization.
4. Creative and AI material
